Do you want to look younger and feel more confident? Do forehead furrows, frown lines and crows-feet get you down? Treatment can be injected in the comfort of your own home, or if you prefer, you can simply visit Wendy at Tocolo in her clinical room in Abbots Langley, (between Watford and Hemel Hempstead) in Hertfordshire.
Injectable wrinkle treatments are highly effective and this mobile, non-surgical procedure is offered by Wendy, who is Harley Street trained. Our treatments are offered by an experienced, qualified nurse after a full consultation, whereby advice is offered to restore and enhance the appearance of your skin.
Ageing, smoking and sunlight can all be contributing factors that weaken the fibres in our skin. Lines that appear on the face are a consequence of this
change. Treatment can now offer a way to restore a more youthful look. For many women and even some men, dermal fillers have become an integral part of their skin care regimen. These popular and exciting products can smooth wrinkles, plump lips, and restore more youthful contours to the face – all without surgery or downtime. Tocolo provides a range of safe, reputable injectable tissue fillers to meet your anti-aging needs.
The treatments available are:
Fillers – facial contouring to fill out line around the face. Lines and wrinkles can be corrected, as well as enhancing lips and cheeks. Your skin is supported and flattened to give a smoother, softer look. The effect is instant and can easily be completed within half an hour.
Botox – facial expression muscles such as frown, forehead and lines around the eyes. Injections can be used to make the muscles that cause unwanted wrinkles to hibernate. Injections take effect within 3-10 days.
Dermal rollers - a simple, safe, painless and virtually risk-free treatment for: wrinkles and lines, lack of skin firmness and elasticity, scarring, enlarged pores, acne and chicken pox scars and sun damage. Skin Needling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy) is the latest skin renewal technique to restore the healthy youthful appearance of your skin, at a fraction of the cost and with minimal or zero downtime. Skin Needling produces similar results to Dermabrasion, Lasers and Deep Chemical Peels, but is much less invasive and does not require the removal of the epidermis. As a result the healing time is significantly shorter and there is no post-treatment skin sensitivity to UV light. Skin Needling is also one of the few skin therapies that is suitable for treating all skin types, including ethnic skin, and which can be used to treat the fragile skin around the eyes, mouth and on the neck.
Chemical Peels - designed to accelerate the removal of old, dead skin cells at the surface of the skin to promote new cell growth, and can be used to treat a particular area (such as lines around the eyes or mouth), or all over the face, arms, hands and neck. Chemical peels can take anything from just a few minutes to over thirty minutes, depending on the type of peel that you are having. There are three types of peel: superficial, medium, or deep. With all types of peel you may need to use specified homecare products before your peel. These products will help to prepare your skin and ensure that it is in optimum condition prior to the peel. You may also need to use specified homecare products after your peel.
